With 20 years of experience managing complex and controversial projects in California, Patsy Price, AICP has worked across the non-profit, public, and private sectors to identify and implement solutions to complex land use challenges. 

 

Patsy’s experience extends to all facets of development, including due diligence, project design, project management, environmental review, permitting, and compliance.  With particular expertise in the areas of agriculture, land conservation, and clean energy, Patsy helps clients navigate the complex land use entitlement process to achieve outcomes that meet their objectives and benefit the larger community.

 

In her free time, Patsy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her husband and two energetic boys, a dog, cat, and four chickens.  She loves traveling, cooking, eating, gardening, and watching her sons play hockey.  She is a board member of the parent-teacher association at her children's school and a founding and active member of the school’s diversity and inclusion committee.
